Refund/Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Keirincoaching.com for your coaching needs. Please read our refund/cancellation policy to understand your rights and obligations when using our services.

 

1. Refund Policy for Non-Subscription Services:

Clients may request a refund for non-subscription services if the request is made before the service has commenced.

To request a refund, clients must notify us via email.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the refund request.

Once the service has commenced, refunds are not applicable.

 

2. Subscription Services:

Clients subscribing to our services will receive access for a trial period of one month.

During this trial period, clients may evaluate the quality and suitability of our services.

If clients wish to continue their subscription after the trial period, they will be automatically enrolled for the remainder of the subscription term (1 year).

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time during the trial period. However, once the trial period ends and the full subscription term commences, cancellations are not possible until the end of the subscription term, except in severe circumstances like long term illness and injuries of clients, where a client cannot use our services as intended, refunds and cancellations will be possible in consultation.

Clients who have paid upfront for a full year subscription may request a refund if they decide to cancel within the first month of the subscription term. After this period, refunds are not applicable.
